Processing time:
Prints: 1–3 business days
Embroidery & Framed pieces: 5–15 business days (we use real hands, not magic)
When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info so you can obsess over its location in peace.
Delivery time depends on your location, customs, weather, the universe, etc.

Returns
If your print arrives damaged, incorrect, or looking like it lost a fight with the postal system —
contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
If you ordered custom embroidery, that piece was made specifically for your emotional situation.
It is final.
No returns. No exchanges. No rewinding time.
Cancellations
If your order hasn’t been produced yet, we can cancel it.
If it’s already in production, the feelings have begun and it’s too late.
