MustPart sells physical art products, prints, embroidery, and custom items released in limited drops.
2. Products & Availability
All products are offered in limited quantities.
Once a drop closes, items may not be restocked.
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of physical materials.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR.
Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if something goes wrong technically or operationally.
4. Shipping
Shipping times vary by product type:
Prints: typically 1–3 business days processing
Embroidery & framed pieces: 5–15 business days processing
Delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors are outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Custom embroidery and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and imagery on MustPart belong to MustPart.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
MustPart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or emotional damages.
